On the back roads of North Carolina, I seem to come across a lot of old abandoned homes, barns, rusty trucks, but this was a total surprise. After seeing the home was abandoned, I walked around to the side porch and there were quite a few bottles scattered, mostly filled with dirt. Some were still standing, so I grabbed a few that were close by and snapped a few photos.
I have always thought that old bottles of any kind were simply beautiful but there was something about this really, really old porch holding such a variety of soda bottles, that it made it quite special.
